CIVIL ACTION LITIGANTS. 'Bv Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.l WELLINGTON, Friday. The Judicature Amendment Bill, which restores to litigants in civil actions their former rights in respect to trial by jury, was put through its remaining stages in the House of Representatives to-day, and passed.
