HONOURING A GREAT POLITICIAN.— The enormous portrait, fifty feet in height, of ihe late Sir Joseph Chamberlain, which Was unveiled on July 8 in the Royal Albert Hall, London, to commemorate the centenary of this famous statesman's birth.
