SOUTHERLY BUZZARD.
(By Telegraph.—l'ress Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, this clay. Two days of southerly winds culminated in a very cold snap last evening, a blizzard sweeping the high country. There was a heavy fall of enow 011 the Ruahine Ranges, and the tops of the hills behind Palmerston North were thickly coated.
