HOT WATER BOTTLES FOR WENDY'S TINY TOTS.
This past week has been filled with happiness for those whose duty it is at Sunbeam Headquarters to distribute gifts to little ones in need. Every parcel that left Sunshine House contained a cosy hot water bottle. If the gift was bound for a tiny new baby, then a baby hot water bottle with bunnies running all over its pink or blue cover was enclosed. If the children of the home were older, then they received a full-sized bottle. In all approximately 129 bottles have been received and dispatched since our appeal was published three weeks ago. It is needless to attempt to describe the warmth and comfort that these gifts brought to 129 homes, where, alas, comfort is seldom knowrt.
