WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE?
I'd like to be a soldier In a uniform of khaki. Or a uniform of scarlet and of gold. I'd like to shout out "Halt!" or "March!" And see my men obey. Doing, everything exactly as they're told. And when I am a soldier In a uniform of khaki, I'll command the band to play out very loud! I'll click my heels and I'll salute With pride if I should spy My darling mummy waving from the crowd. Yes, I'd like to be a soldier, In a uniform of khaki, And the finest thing of all I think would be To go to camp in summer time With all the other men And live in tents for weeks beside the sea.
