TEA PUNCH.
Put five teaspoonfuls of tea into a jug aiiu ,-our lour quarts of freshly boiling water over it. Cover the jug and let it stand for five minutes. Then strain it, sweeten the liqui'd to taste, and leave it to cool. Half fill a punch bowl with cracked ice and add the strained juice of four lemons and the tea. If liked, small pieces of pineapple, cherries, bananas, a handful of mint, and more' -sugar or lemon juice may be added. This makes a delicious drink.
