PRIZE NOVEL.
The winner of the 1030 competition f<?r the annual S. H. Prior Memorial Prize, run in conjunction with "The Bulletin," is the novel "All That Swagger," by Miles Franklin. Miss Franklin is the author of "Mv Brilliant Career" and "Old Blastns of Bandicoot." etc. The novel is described as a brilliant work in sheer writing, planned and carried out on a grand scale.
