During the period the club held two meetings, and for the first time in their history a summer meeting was indulged in. It was highly satisfactory. The club's course had been improved of late, and terracing in front of the grandstand provided more accommodation. Messrs. Norman Banks, W. McMillan, A.' H. Nicoll and G. M. Watt retire by rotation from the committee and offer themselves for re-election. The profit and loss account showed a net profit on the year of £51 6/5 The balance-sheet disclosed assets totalling £5961 13/ and liabilities £3728 1/4.
