When a constable discovered a broken window in the ground floor of the building occupied by I'otts Advertising Agency, about 11 o'clock last night, a cordon of policemen was drawn round the block in which the premises are situate. Several detectives searched for several hours all the premises in the block, including the City Engineer's Department. Sounds were heard during the procress of the search, and safe blowing and other equipment were 'found in Tlott's offices. There was a broken skyfight in the roof, but no other trace of the intruder was discovered.
