BOXING.
BOUT FOR PAINTER. The Auckland Boxing Association has arranged a programme for Monday week in the Town Hall, which includes a 15round professional bout between rveville Mudgway and "Young" Delaney, of Australia, and an 8-round heavy-weight bout between S. Wells, of Whakatane, and Lance Painter, of Auckland. There will be an excellent supporting programme of amateur bouts. The following contests have been arranged:—Heavyweight, D. Sjoberg (Y.M.C.A.) v.M. McHugh (C.C. gymnasium); middleweight, D. Corinaek (Davy's gymnasium) v. A. McDonald (Williams' gymnasium); feather-weight, B. Lyall (Donovan's gymnasium) v. J. Mudgway (Auckland gymnasium).
