DISCOUNTING BILLS.
RATE 2 PER CENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Reserve Bank announces that the minimum rate for discounting or rediscounting bills will be reduced to 2 per cent from Monday next.
