TECHNICAL OLD BOYS. I O VEHXTNGA TO AUCKLAND. | J SIXTH ANNUAL KOAD RACE. The sixth annual On-eliunga to Auckland road race conducted by tlie Technical College Old Bo.vs' Athletic Clul) will be lielil on Saturday. A good entry of a hundred has been received, with a record Held of 11 teams entering for the learns race. The nice will be started at 3 p.m., from Onehunga, by his Worship the Mayor of Onehunga, -Mr. J. I'ark. The G. G. ChamlMTS Cup for the competitor recording fastest time is at present held by .T. W. Savidan, who will lie defending his title. The Metropolitan Cup for (lie winner of the sealed handicap is at present held by A. Anderson of the I.vnndale Club. A run for those members of the Auckland Baptist Harrier Club who are not competing in the Auckland-Onehunga road race next Saturday will be held from the home of Mr. H. G. Fountain, 0, Market Road, Remuera. The run will begin at 2.30 p.m. sharp. PRESBYTERIAN B.C. CLUB. Members of the Presbyterian Bible Class Harrier Club not taking part in the Onchunga road race on Saturday will run from the Ellerslic Presbyterian Church, Jubliee Road, Ellerelie. WESLEY CLUB. The Wesley Harrier Club will hold a run from the Trinity College, Grafton Road, on Saturday, commencing at 2.15 p.m., for those not participating in the Onehunga to Auckland road race.
