THE CANADIAN WAR MEMORIAL ON VIMY RIDGE, consisting of two massve pylons with sculptured figures rising from a base 237 feet in length, is now nearing completion after rourteen years' work, which has involved an expenditure of £250,000. It is to be unveiled on July 26, a ceremony that may be performed by King Edward in the presence of 8000 or more Canadians. Mr. Mackenzie King, the Canadian Premier, M. Lebrun, the French President, and other notables have signified their intention of being present.
