ADDITIONAL EXITS.
TECHNICAL COLLEGE PLAN. Consideration was recently given by a sub-committee of the Seddon Memorial Technical College Board to three proposals for providing additional exits to the college main building and workshops. Reporting to to-day'n meeting of the board, the committee stated that it was of the opinion that two of the additional exit schemes were absolutely essential, and that the third would greatly improve the work of the college. It was felt that the present .conditions had been allowed to continue too long, and the principal had been directed to forward an application to the Director of Education for a grant to cover the estimated cost of the proposed work.
