THAMES POST OFFICE. AH\'l STER'S ANX OUX CRM EN T. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, thin day. It was announced yesterday by the Postmaster-tieneral, the Hon. E. Jones, that a larger post oilice than originally proposed would lie erected at" Thames in the near future. Air. Jones said that since the original plans were drawn it had become evident t'«t in ore, accommodation would be needed. Extended plans had been prepared, and the additional expenditure had been approved by Cabinet. Tenders would be called shortly for the building.
