THEFT ALLEGED.
James Phillip Guy, aged 47. appeared before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Police Court this morning, charged that on April 18, being a servant of the Auckland Hospital Board, ,he fraudulently omitted to account or pay to the board £3 17/, thereby committing theft. On the application of Se " lO £' D ** ec Hall accused was remanded by consen to appear again on June — • Guy, for whom Mr. A. A. Fiaer appeared, was allowed bail.
