EMPLOYERS WITHDRAW.
TEXTILE HOURS CONFERENCE. GENEVA, June 14. The Textile Committee of the International Labour Conference has adopted a resolution proposing the discussion of a suggested draft convention for a 40-hour week in the textile industry with a view to its adoption by the full conference in 1930. Upon adoption of this resolution, the British employers' delegate announced that the employers' group, with the exception of the Americans, would not take further part in the discussions.
