Tbw pair . met in Auckland last Saturday week, when , Blonifield, with each man having a fall. was given a decision which caused a deal ; of discussion. It is expected that to- ■ night's bout will be exciting and the issuo clean-cut. BLOMFIELD AND RUSSELL DRAW. NEW PLYMOUTH, Sunday. A wrestling bout between "Lofty? Blonifield and "Cowboy'' Russell at Strat--1 ford last night was drawn. Blonifield ■ gained a submission with an octopus clamp in the fourth round, while Kussell evened in the sixth with a press following two slams. A packed house saw a fast and clever display. ELLIOT AND WOODS LEVEL. GKEYMOUTH, Sunday. King Elliot and Joe Woods drew with one fall each ljist evening in. a bout marked by solid, straight wrestling. SINGH DEFEATS LURICH. i SYDNEY, June 14. Tn a wrestling bout at the Leicliavdt Stadium last evening the Indian Jaget Singh defeated Tom Lurich on points. Each man secured one fall.
