BOY FATALLY INJURED.
MAGISTRATE'S CAR STRUCK. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) GREYMOUTH, Sunday. Fatal injuries were suffered by Allan Joseph Havill, aged 11, son of Sir. 8. ITavill. of Koiterangi, when liis bicycle collided with a motor car driven by Mr. Henry Morgan, S.M.. of Crcymouth, The accident occurred about a mile north of Hokitili 011 Saturday morning. Mr. Morgan, who was driving alone, was returning from a sitting of the Court at Wat.aroa, South Westland, an.'l was passing the boy, who was proceeding in the same direction. It appears that the boy swerved into the left-hand rear of Mr. Morgan's car. and was thrown from his bicycle. The boy fell heavily on to the tar-sealed road and suffered severe head injuries and a broken leg
