BIG SWISS VOTE.
DEFENCE AND ARMAMENTS. BERNE, June 12. The Swiss Council states that it has approved a credit of £15 000,000 to strengthen the country s defences. HaU the approved sum is to be devoted to anti-aircraft defence for principal cities and the remainder to provision of fortifications, armaments and aeroplanes.
