TOR MINISTER TO ETHIOPIA. British Official Wireless. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, June 12. Sir Sidney Barton, British Minister to Addis Ababa, is about to take a longdeferred leave. Ho will sail from Jibouti on June 21. Mr. Patrick Roberts, first secretary, will take charge of the Legation.
