The Rev. John Bevan, in the course of a reply in his column in the "Christian World," to a correspondent regardin" "The nonconformist conscience," reminded him that nearly all the reforms enjoyed in England were due to the passionate earnestness of small minorities working in season and out of season to make the world a better place.
