WELCOME INCREASES. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") HAMILTON, this day. Reflecting the rise in the London market price, advance payments for May supply of most Waikato dairy companies snow about l%d per lb increase on last month. New Zealand Co-operative is making tins month an advance of 1/ per lb for finest quality butterfat for butter-making, free of share credits. Supplies of first grade butterfat for cheese manufacture will receive 1/1% per lb.
