STORE BREAKER GAOLED.
(From. Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Thursday. Six months' imprisonment with hard labour was the sentence imposed on Frederick Edward BUrnell by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court at Hamilton yesterday for breaking and entering the store of Charles Campbell Chalmers at Kinohaku on the night of June 0 arid stealing goods to the value of £2 8/2. The prisoner had pleaded guilty to the charge at Kawhia.
