I Notice is hereby given that in pursuance ] and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Sections 51 to 59 of the Rating Act, 1U25, Section 108 of the Road l Boards Act, IUOS, Section 52 of the Hospital 1 ami Charitable Institutions Act, I'J2G, and „ Sections 21 to 23 of the Local Bodies Loans " Act, 1020, the amendments of the said Acts, and all other powers it enabling, it is the intention of the Ostend Road Board, - at a meeting to be held at the Office of the Board on SATURDAY, the 4th day of _ July, 1931 i, to make and levy for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1086, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1937, the following rates : — 1. A General Rate of Thr<r?pence and fivetenths of a penny (3 5-10) in the tC. I 2. A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of c Four-tenths of a penny (4-10) In the £. i S.
