GUNPOWDER EXPLODES. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) HASTINGS, this day. Severe shock and burns were suffered by Mr. "Lucky" Munro, aged 21, yester, day afternoon when he dropped a cigarette 011 to some gunpowder. He was admitted to the Hastings Mcmoria'. Hospital.
