GOVERNMENT RESIGNS.
BELGIAN MINISTRY PLANS. (Received 11 a.m.) BRUSSELS, May 26. The Government has resigned, following the recent elections. It is expected that the Premier, Dr. van Zeeland, will be recommissioned to form a new Ministry on a Socialist-Catholic coalition basis.
