AS HAREWOOD SEES HITLER. BRITAIN'S "BULLET-rROOF SHIRT." LONDON. The Earl of Harewood. King Edward VIII.'s brother-in-law, likened Adolf Hitler to a gangster to-day. Lord Harewood, husband of the Princess Royal (Princess Mary), speaking at the openin- of a drill hall of the 214 th Battery oAlie Royal Field Artillery at Duddersfield, told' the soldiers: "You will find it difficult to draw any other parallel to Hitler's methods than that of a gangster. All that does not interest us, but when ho begins terrorising outside his own Country, it does begin to interest us." Calling for expansion of the Butisli territorial army, Lol'd Harewood continued: "When you are talking with a highwayman or a gangster, you will do so° more comfortably when _ you are armed with a bullet-proof slnrt. It is that which we think can be produced by an effective army."
