DESTROYER TONNAGE.

BRITAIN WANTS INCREASE. (Received 9.30 n.in.) LONDON, May 14. The Prime Minister, Mr. Baldwin, announced in the House of Commons today that negotiations were in progress with the Governments concerned in the London Naval Treaty for an increase in Britain's destroyer tonnage beyond treaty limits. The Government believed it bad a clear ease.
