FIRE LIT WITH PETROL.
Minor damage was done to the bedding in a front bed-sitting room in a house owned by Mrs. E. Richard, at 181, Grafton Road, City, late yesterday afternoon, when a boarder attempted to light the fire with the aid of petrol. The outbreak was soon put under control when two machines, one from the Central fire station and one from the Parnell station, arrived on the scene.
