MOTHERS' UNION.
GREY LYNN. The St. Grey Lynn, branch of the Mothers' Union held a social gathering in St. Columba Hall, Surrey Crescent, recently, when they entertained members • from _ the Grey Lynn branch of the Baptist Women s Missionary Union. Songs were contributed by Mesdames Thompson, Rowden, and Miss Clemens. Mesdames Sullivan and Rowden acted as accompanists. A competition was won by Mrs. Harden. ST. PETER'S. The monthly meeting of St. Peter's branch of the Mothers' Union was held in the Parish Hall last week. After the service, which was well attended, a demonstration of hooked rug-making was given by Miss Johnston.
