BADMINTON.
NEALE TO PLAY DEVLIN. J. F. Devlin, world champion badminton player, will take part in exhibition matches arranged by the Auckland Badminton Association at Scots Hall tomorrow evening. He will compete both in singles and doubles games, \eing matched with leading Auckland and New Zealand players, including Neale, the Dominion singles champion. The draw is:—Men's singles, Devlin v. Neale; men's doubles, Whitelaw and Weir y. Bryant and Brock; Devlin and Wilson v. Hull and Neale; Devlin and Wilson v. Ellett and Martin; ladies' doubles, Misses Ramsay and Wade v. Mrs. Wren and Miss Ellett; combined doubles, Shale and Miss Wade v. Anderson and Miss Ellett; Devlin and Miss Ramsay v. Hull and Mrs. Wren. Devlin gave a lecture and demonstration of strokes at Mangere East last evening. There was a good attendance of badminton players from surrounding districts.
