GOVERNMENT POLICY. DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORY. ~ -' i ! :.: (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Information respecting the appointment of an Administrator for Samoa was sought in the House of Representatifes by Mr. W. P. Endean. (National, Parnell). In addition he asked for the Government's policy concerning the territory and whether such .policy would provide for the enforcing of customary British discipline. Replying,' the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, said that the appointment of an Administrator ivas under consideration.
