(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. At a sitting of the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Kennedy William McKean was found not guilty on a charge of breaking and entering the Waiwera Service Stores and stealing a quantity , of tobacco, cigarettes and other goods of a total value of £8 19/6 and also charges of the theft of the -goods, and of receiving them knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained
