TAKANINI SMASH.
MOTOR CARS IN COLLISION. WOMAN PASSENGER INJURED. Miss C. Cauley, of Pali Road, Epsom, suffered a fracture of the right forearm when she was involved in a motor car collision on the Great South Road at Takanini, about half-past four yesterday afternoon. Accompanied by a companion, Miss Cauley was a passenger in a car driven by Mr. J. W. Bygate, of St. Stephen's School, Bombay, the other vehicle being driven by Mr. Thomas Ward Green, a jockey, of Takanini. The injured woman was attended by Dr. G. W. Lock, of Papakura, and later was taken in the St. John ambulance and treated at the casualty ward..
