NEW LYNN DANCE.
The Delta Theatre, New Lynn, was the scene of a successful dance on Tuesday evening, when the Glenora Rugby League Club entertained its district supporters. Some 125 couples participated to the strains of good music. At an interval the president, Mr. J. Butterfield, expressed pleasure at the attendance and extended a welcome to Messrs. J. W. Probert, a member of the Auckland Rugby League Control Board, D. Wilkic and other representatives of the junior committee and Referees' Association, each of whom congratulated the club on its progress.
