TRAFFIC CONTROL.
GRAFTON BRIDGE LIMITS. Prosecution made in the Magistrate's Court this morning for breaches of the traffic by-laws regarding Grafton Bridge show that the traffic department of the City Council is exercising vigilant care as to the use of the bridge by motor traffic. Four cases were heard in Court this morning concerning vehicles passing one another going in the same direction across the bridge. The nnc in each case was 20/ and costs. The traffic by-law forbids such passing; and in any ease, the speed limit ;it present is 10 miles an hour. The vehicles concerned were doing from 20 to 25 miles an hour.
