PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) ■ WELLINGTON, this day. Owing to the surprise amendment moved by the Hon. A. Hamilton to the Marketing Bill after midnight, the broadcast arrangements made for tonight have been cancelled. Indications point to an all-Jiiglib sitting of the House.
