Thousands attended Labour Day in , Hyde Park which passed off quietly. | Addresses were delivered from six plat- ' forms. Major C. R. Attlee condemned the brutal tyranny of the Fascist regime as exemplified in Abyssinia, which was an object lesson to the whole world. RADICALS JOIN FORCES. NEW YORK, May 3. Radical Labour supporters celebrated May Day in traditional fashion 011 Friday with parades and a mass meeting. For the first time since the war, the Radicals effected something of a "united front" with the Left Wing. Socialists, Communists and some American Federation of Labour units marching together. Right Wing Socialists, however, remained aloof.
