ALLEGED THEFT OF MONEY. ~ N REMAND TO WAIPUKURAU.., A clerk, aged 25, Walter Charles Hart, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Polico Court to-day, charged, at Waipukurau, on February 25, that being a servant employed by the Public Trust Department at Wai* pukurau, he stole £9, the property of the New Zealand Government.

On the application of Senior Detective Hall accused was remanded to appear at Waipukurau 011 May 11. Bail, self in one surety of £50 and another surety of a similar amount, was allowed.
