DENHAM. — At Portsmouth, England (suddenly), Spencer, second son or the late Albert Denham, East Cowes, 1.W., and loving: brother of Mr. W. Denham, Heme Bay.

LINDSAY.—On May 1, 1936, at Auckland Hospital, James, dearly beloved husband or the late Mary Lindsay and loved rather or Mrs. H. W. Brian and Mrs. S. H.
