SCOTTISH CHAMPION BEATEN. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, April 30. In the Scottish amateur jrolf championship, at Carnoustie, McLean (1932-3--1 champion) has entered the quarter-finals. Thomson (holder of the title) was beaten in the third round, and Johnston (Ferrier's victor) fell in the fourth round.
