COMPANY AFFAIRS.
NORTHERN ROLLER MILLS. The annual meeting of shareholders in the Northern Roller Milling Co. was held yesterday, Mr. John Hellaby, chairman of directors, presiding. The report an:l balance-sheet, as already, published in tha " Star," were adopted, together with the recommendation of a dividend at the rate of OV2 per cent on ordinary shares. The chairman stated that during the year the board had lost through death the services of Mr. Samuel Wing, who had been associated with the company since 1905, being chairman for many years. Mr. T. D. Peacock was appointed to the vacancy. Mr. W. S. Pratt was succeeded by Mr. J. S. Pask, who had been appointed manager and secretary. The retiring directors, Mr. A. St. Clair Brown and Mr. T. D. PeacocJ- were re-elected.
