Result of inter-club match played yesterday between the Pupuke and North Shore Ladies Golf- Clubs (Pupuke first) :— Foursomes.—Miss Williams and Mrs. Gooding beat* Mrs. Badley and Mrs. Walsh, .4 and 3 ; Mrs. Herbert and Mrs. Kensington lost to Mrs. Chambers and Mrs. Horne, tlown; Miss Alison and Miss Cameron lost to Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Jacobi, 2 and 1; Mrs. Kissin and Miss Johnston beat Mrs. W. H. Taylor and Miss L. McDonnell, 2 up.
Singles. — Miss Williams beat Mrs. Badley, 4 and 3; Mrs. Gooding lost to Mrs. Walsh, 3 and 1; Mrs. Herbert lost to Mrs. Chambers, 2 down; Mrs. Kensington lost to Mrs. Horne, 2 down; Miss Alison and Mrs. Wilson, all square; Miss Cameron lost to Mrs. Jacobi, 7 and 6; Mrs. Kissin lost to Miss L. McDonnell, 2 down ; Miss Johnston lost to Mrs. W. H. Taylor, 3 and 2. North Shore won by eight games to three (one all square).
