ARBITRATION COURT.
SHIPWRIGHT'S INJURIES.
The members of the Arbitration Court returned to Auckland yesterday to continue the session of the Court, a number of compensation cases having still to be dealt with. One of the cases was set down for hearing yesterday afternoon, but was settled out of Court. It was a claim brought by G. B. Cormack, of Sandringham, shipwright (Mr. J. J. Sullivan) against the Auckland Harbour Board (Mr. B. Elliot), arising out of injuries which Cormack received while working on one of the board's barges in March of last year. The terms of the settlement were not announced.
