BUTTERFAT RATES. PAYMENTS IN WAIKATO. (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Advance payments made by dairy companies in the Waikato for butterfat supplied during March in many cases are from 2%d to 3d higher than the same month last season. A payment of lOd per lb butterfat for butter manufactured will be made by the Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., this figure being Id in advance of that for the corresponding month last year. For the February supply the company made an advance payment of 9%d per lb butterfat. The Te Awamutu Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd., is advancing 9%d per lb for finest grade cream supplied during March, shareholders being credited with an additional 'Ad per lb. The company's output for March was 26 per cent greater than for the corresponding month last J An advance payment of lOd per lb butterfat supplied for the manufacture of butter will be made by the Te ArohaThames Valley Co-operative Dairy Company, Ltd.
