FAREWELL LUNCHEON

SWISS CONSUL. A representative gathering of Swiss citizens took place yesterday at tlie tea rooms of the Farmers' Trading Company to bid farewell to their consul, Dr. A. C. Blau, who has been recalled to Switzer- > land after several years' service. Mr. E. Merz, chairman of the Swiss .
