SALARY CUTS RESTORED.

BLENHEIM, this day.
The Marlborough Hospital Board resolved yesterday to grant a full restoration of the salary and wages cuts imposed in 1931. A partial restoration was made last year.
The board granted tie medical superintendent, Dr. T. Julian, eight months' leave of absence on full pay to enable him to take a refresher course in England, conditional on his returning to the board's service for two years.
