RUSSIANS' CHOICE.
RESIDENTS IN MANCHUKUO. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 15. The "Daily Telegraph's" Moscow correspondent says the newspaper "Izvestia" charges the Japanese and Manchukuo authorities with forcing Russian residents to choose between naturalisation and expulsion. At least 50,000 Russians are reported to have left Harbin, some for Russia, others for Shanghai.
