GOLF CHALLENGE.
AUSTRALIA V. AUCKLAND.
A ' special challenge match between Australian and Auckland golf professionals is to be played at the Maungakiekie golf links on Friday next, commcneiDg at 1 p.m. The Australians will arrive from America next Friday morning, and will leave for Sydney the same evening. They will be represented by S. Richardson, .T. Cohen, W. Bolger, L. Kelly, G. Naismith and E. Naismith. Auckland will,,be represented by A. Murray, T. Galloway, N. Bell, J. Weir, F. Rutter, and C. Woodroffe. The Australians when on their way to America last December met an Auckland team, but the matches were abandoned owing to rain when the home team held an advantage.
